Great businesses are combination of two major heads- First is the passion and purpose of the business and the second is – profit and practicality in the business.
Nancy and Maria is cousin, having minor difference in their age. Both were friendly, played together, finished education through same institutions. Everything was going well. Lots of big dreams they were carrying for their professional as well as married life.
But when the college days were over, Maria’s father got ill. & all of sudden the family burden lies on her. She was strong and took decision that she will manage everything well. She joined a company, with a normal package that was well sufficient to support the family. She was happy. The chances were open to go up in the career.
In the mean time, Nancy was luckier. She got a good break and joined a company with top position. Within a year she created enormous wealth. Everyone in the family was praising her.
Maria too should congratulate her as she was her best friend, but no…………
She got upset, highly upset. She started living in depression. She was bold enough to handle tough situation of family burden, but couldn’t manage the situation that her closed friend and cousin could have much better carrier than her.

When we wake up lots of pleasant- unpleasant noises we hear. Either we like it or not, but partially or fully we all get influenced by these noises. In the morning or in day time when we switch on the news channel we hear and watch different kind of news, views and events. Sometime we are worried because people are dying in road accidents. Some time natural calamities like earthquake, heavy flood etc. get disturbs us. Sometime we find ourselves trapped in national events and sometime the local. Some time we get off routed with our family issues. Sometime we stuck in our favorite cricket match, and postpone all our important activities to some other time or day.
In day time we meet many people and hear many voices. These voices affect our thought processes too. Many a time our priorities changes according to these voices. We keep aside our original planned to- do activities and get involved in some other activities. Many a time we find ourselves so helpless and left with no other options except to flow with the happening around us.
More and more we get emotional involved in these daily happening, our area of concern also get enhanced, results in direct distraction to our core issues. Sometime a particular news or happening makes us so involved that for that moment we start understanding ourselves part of that news or happening. After the incident we find ourselves nowhere. We feel sorry for ourselves and try to catch the momentum again. We start working again to manage our time well, promise ourselves to rationalize and stuck ourselves to planned activities. Few hours and some time few days it works well but again some other incident impacts us that off tracks us again.
So this is extremely important that we all should understand our real area of concern. This understanding can be developed through honest evaluation of our own. Strong will power, strong determination is needed to keep ourselves on track.
When you get off routed by some unplanned event check- Is this the area of your concern? Will you get some positive outcome and if not then find the way to avoid it.
You are a common man primarily because you have LOOSE- WIN attitude in your life. You easily give way to other people. You compromise your interest for others. It is because of this attitude you always lack in confidence, that results in other people first approach. You have no clear strategy for yourself. You don’t know exactly where you have to go. You doesn’t have clear goal in your mind. It is because of this you easily become follower. and the tragedy of being a follower for long time is that people easily loose hope to come out from that shell.
But as every dark night has a bright sunshine, as every problem inhibits a solution in it, so this one too has a solution. You too can be a special person. You too can take yourself out from the crowed of a common man. Many people in the history had succeeded, So why cant you?

Hey common man!
You want to get rid of your tag of being a common man. Nothing new. Like you every other common man is trying. You fought a long battle but got failure in every attempt. I assure you that whole life you will always remain a common man, unless……. you change your attitude.
You are working hard. You have left no stone upturned to overcome the tag of a common man, but what is the outcome? Why are you still worried for yourself, Why are you still unsecured with the future of your loved one. Why every time your destiny forces you- to compromise. Why hopelessness, depression, lack of confidence etc. come in your baggage. You were always fighting against the tag- A common man, but why are you still a common man?
Think man, think. God has created you equal. Then why you put the tag of a common man over you?????????.

Treat joy and sorrow equally. ….. neither will last.
Our joys and sorrows are not a result of our preferences, but our attachment to those preferences.
Our attachment to people or things is the root cause of greed, jealousy, hatred, etc. When you are free of these attachments, you are in control of self. When self is in control, you automatically control your life, your circumstances and the world.
Similarly in business too, if you look for stability and consistency in your business then treat gain and loss with equanimity.
A person who faces loss or failure is not a loser, but if he succumbs to it then he is.
A person who faces failure with courage, perseveres in his duty and keeps self control, is assured of victory.
Take time to make a decision. …… Make a thorough SWAT analysis….. Get opinions from others….. But once you have made ur decision, stick to it. If it works, well and good. If it doesn’t, you will learn your lesson.
Don’t ever make a decision under pressure or to please someone. If you do, and the decision backfires, you will end up blaming others and what follows is disappointment n demotivation.
Make only those decisions for which you are ready to take responsibility. So even if you do not get positive results, your approach will always remain positive. Failure will be a stepping stone, not a setback.

We, all the time think of many solution and most of the time we conclude that life is all about possibilities. At the core we make agree ourselves too that anything is possible.
